HHHHorrible back-ache, a reminder of age, maybe.
The world is NOT the same when viewed with a sore back and a spine parallel to the ground. All I see is the gray-ish carpet that needs to be cleaned.
Oh I my back hurts...save me yoga, save me!
(Perhaps a yoga starter kit should be next on my shopping list)
